"I called Hansen to fix my electric water heater. I got a plumber instead of an electrician. At that point I was upset because I knew it was something electrical. Any Skyler came out and he worked it as best he could. But realized this is an electrical issue. You would have thought he would have given up but he called his boss and he got it back working. He did suggest that I get their electrician to look at my breaker box in my house because of the age and the condition of my box. I appreciate him for not giving up on my situation. He has excellent customer service."
