"I brought my starter in for repair. They told me it was inoperable and I needed a new starter. I bought it even though it was cheaper online. Then I installed my starter and it still didn't work. It ended up being a bad connection. I then put my old starter back together and there was nothing wrong with it. I suspected Franklin starter was not actually trying to repair the last few starters but was just telling me I needed a new one. Always with the new one. This time I know my starter was good. I won't be back there again but I bet they are just robing everyone because they're trying to survive this new market where the internet has made it hard for small businesses. I get that but not a reason to take advantage of your customers for profit and so you don't actually have any labor involved. Or whatever."
