"This company came out to my home to repair my refrigerator. After the work was done, I was told the issue my compressor is not working. I paid the $95 service call and said thank you sir for coming out. I than called my warranty department so they came out and said well, your warranty is voided because its missing parts so I'm like huh! Well, that's because B&H Appliance took the part with them and my $95. Now they did come back and put it on and then they politely walked back out the door without even a sorry for our mistake or nothing. Now with all due respect I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone because of their inability to be transparent and lack of integrity."

All of the employees were very respectful and friendly. Service like that is hard to find now days. I will use them again and urge my friends and family to do the same. 10/10"
"B&H tech arrived at my home to replace Samsung ice maker, service was fast and quick. When repairs where completed and the bill was presented I almost fell backwards, ice maker was double the amount that was listed on Samsung website, the $96.00 dollar replacement ice maker (Samsung RF267ABRS) was billed to me for $189.00 and labor was $100.00 I was told it would be $85.00, very dishonest about billing and part issues, for that reason I DO NOT recommend using them!!! 8/19/2015"
