"I had a very bad experience with her and her staff. I took my newborn child for the first time when he was 10 days old. When first arrived i took maybe 25 mins filling tons of forms and when i submitted them we waited another 30 mins! After we got inside the nurse came and took around 20 mins asking silly questions although the baby was only a week old! Then we waited after that for 25 mins before the doctor showed up. She assessed the baby but i did not the way she assessed him as i have been working in the medical field 20 years and have fair experience. After a month i called to scheduel an appointment, but the doctor was in vacation and they referred me to another doctor to see my son after they took sime information over the phone.. Then i waited that day but never called back! Then the next day they i got a call telling me to go pick my medication from the pharmacy without seeing the baby!!!! I was so frustrated about it! Just billing me for a visit without seeing my son! The third time he was sick and i called to mak an appointment but the nurse was taking lits of information after i waited for ages for her to answer the phone. Then she told me they will call me back. I waited for 4 hours but never called. I honstly turned mad as my son never stopped crying. He was very sick. They never care! Then i desided to take him to another doctor and switched his file to there. Pls if you like your children DO NOT GO THERE! They only care about money! They have no medical ethics towards patients!!"
