The payment and shipping policies, along with the fact that the shipping manager rarely returns phone calls/emails makes trying to coordinate a project a nightmare. I build custom, very high dollar houses so I’m deeply familiar with the industries best suppliers but this is not one of them. If you are a builder, avoid this company to maintain your sanity and if you are a homeowner, strongly consider other alternatives."
