"Smh I have never been so disappointed in one of your locations. Staff appeared to be overwhelmed and/or overworked and it continuously showed in their demeanor. Room had no hot water. Heating unit smelled like something was burning. Breakfast was not bad but variety could have been better"
"Really nice new hotel; rooms are well appointed and hotel has plenty of amenities. Rooms are simple but have a ton of features, including a long counter with room for two suitcases, lots of outlets and USB ports, coat hooks, and a basic fridge plus microwave area (that area could benefit from a little more light, and it would be great if the fridge also had a freezer, but let's not quibble too much). The hotel has a gym, breakfast area, meeting rooms, business center, and more, plus a laundry which is weirdly not signposted anywhere (it's on the second floor; machines are coin-operated). Parking is free and easy."
"The desk clerk was so nice! I believe her name was Linda. She checked us in at 3am with a smile on her face. Nice clean comfortable rooms and awesome breakfast. Loved the pancakes!"
"Clean, quiet, breakfast is on time. North side of town. Out of town but close to the "casino". (No table games. Just slots.) If you stay more than one day room attendant apparently doesn't replace coffee pods."
"I won’t ever be back, we will stay at the Hilton or somewhere that actually cares about their guests. We were moved from room to room during our stay with so many issues. Never once did we receive anything that showed this place cared. I had to report this place to IHG for their lack of communication with me. Unfriendly front desk, I would be very careful about choosing this place. They are not friendly the cleaning staff is extremely rude as well. If you see a 5 star review be careful they probably had to beg them to get one."
