"Jack put my liner in 2 years ago with a 5 year warranty. Sent him pictures of an obvious leak that appeared out of nowhere this year, no obvious tears. He gave me a few troubleshoot ideas about the light to do myself. I asked for help and i was told he was on a 4 week waitlist. I told him after paying what i did for a new liner with a warranty i was disappointed that I’m supposed to wait 4 weeks to use my pool. I was given a paragraph long excuse about tornadoes, and a pandemic and that other customers understood. Well you know what, i don’t understand, call me old fashioned, but i didnt pay thousands of dollars for a product and a warranty to get a text full of excuses why you can’t stand behind your product. Jack and his company obviously don’t care about standing behind their products or their warranties. This was his response to me: It’s the week before Memorial Day,a terrible weather pattern since feb if remember.2 separate tornado systems,2 massive rain systems we haven’t seen in over a decade,a pandemic driving demand,as well as material shortages..Try doing that math with 23 renovations in motion.my 40 years of building pools i haven’t ran into this buzzsaw..Most people are very understanding..Again i am trying to help you help yourself & seal light cord where goes in wall & dive again with goggles & look closer for a rip or gouge in liner I’ll find someone that will at least attempt to stand behind their work and help a customer"

"I hired Professional Pools to replace a pool liner. The liner began slipping in spots almost immediately. When I asked for those to be repaired, they never were. After 3 years of asking for the appropriate repairs to be made, the company suggested I buy a new liner from them instead. I had one summer with a decent liner for nearly $3,000."
