"I didn’t get past their receptionist. I called for an appointment on the 15th. Due to my insurance issues and life’s complications I didn’t cancel, I forgot the appointment. When I finally got a chance to set up the therapy, Brenda returned my call, treated me like a child that skipped class. She actually said, “Now do you have a phone that you can store this information in? I said, “Yes and I have a pen and paper.” The rest went downhill after that. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day and trying to degrade someone or if a patient misses ONE appointment it’s her only problem in life. If it is her only problem, she’s lucky."

I have a neuro disorder caused most likely by trauma that gives me such horrendous nerve pain when it’s acting up really bad. These ladies provided me with the patience, understanding, care, and relief I needed to carry on. Thank you for being class acts and doing your jobs above and beyond. Your work does not go unnoticed. "Will not be going to this facility for my rehab. They do not tell you upfront that they bill as an outpatient not an office visit to begin with. Also when I asked how much each visit would cost me, I was told from $100 to $600 per visit. Asked them "so am I told up front how much it will be before my appointment"? Was told we can give you an estimate, but will send you a final bill and it may be more when you get that bill. I have never gone to a Physical Therapy facility that charged like this. When I called my insurance company they agreed that they couldn't believe how they bill either."
