"I originally took my 12 year old daughter here because I thought that this was Christ centered counseling, it is not. Second of all there was a copay that I thought was covered by another insurance. It was not covered by the other insurance and so the copays piled up for a whole year and then they sent me a bill for several hundred dollars. I'm fine with paying a copay but why let it build up before letting the customer know? In addition I received a second bill for an even higher amount however there were two amounts shown and two payments listed. The different amounts did not add up and when I called about it they said sorry that is our computer billing software and we can't change it. Lastly we discovered that we had made four payments, by check which they deposited, but only two were accounted for on their statement. I am very surprised they stay in business. I do not recommend this company at all."
