"I brought a string of pearls (actual pearls not beads) in to be restrung and they lost them. I went back several times and was told the owner wasn’t in. I left my name and number and no one ever called. Finally I went in and the person there admitted they lost them. The owner did call me after that but there was never a resolution, I’m just out a string of pearls that was a gift from my husband."

One hour before her own family’s Christmas celebration! Go out and support your awesome local businesses like this one! I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!"
"The owner and employees of this store are extremely rude and always have been. They are demeaning to my children and their friends. This is not a kid or family friendly store. We will never go back. Thank you for the response- I called the number listed here for your store 6 times after our visit and wasn't able to leave a message and didn't receive a return call."
