"I ordered an Opal ring online from Jared and it didn’t fit so I went to my local Jared in Mobile Alabama . I have to say it was my first time there and immediately I was greeted at the door by a nice young lady. Her name is Marisa. She was extremely helpful and even showed me many more lovely Opal rings. I also wanted to look at some necklaces for a charm I have at home. I had no intentions of buying one but Marisa was patient and answered all my questions and I ended buying a few more things. All and all it was a great experience. I spent more than I planned but it was worth it. I only hope that Jared realizes what a treasure they have in this young woman.I will be back and I hope Marisa will assist me with the next purchase."

"I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed with the customer service as this Jared location. I was looking to get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered, and several other jewelry retailers told me they couldn't work on my ring because the diamonds are lab grown. The ones who could work on it told me it would take at least three weeks and cost $300. My ring did not come from Jared, but it came from James Allen, and this Jared location partners with James Allen. The Jared locations near me also told me they wouldn't work on my ring, so I drove over an hour to this Jared store. Brooke assisted me mostly, but all of the employees went above and beyond. They sat down and explained what was covered in my warranty and how much they would have to charge for the soldering ($60). They said it would be ready in just two days, and I was thrilled. However, when they learned how far I had driven, they told me to give them two hours and they could get it done. Everyone was so wonderful, and I will use this Jared location for all of my future jewelry needs."
