Our therapist has a background in Music Therapy and holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. They are certified in Gottman Family Systems and have a passion for helping individuals and couples restore love and trust in their relationships. Specializing in communication, intimacy, life transitions, and conflict resolution, our therapist also works with men experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles.
Through a systemic experiential model, we help clients recognize family patterns, build trust, and improve communication for relational wellness. By understanding the pain cycle and creating a peace cycle, clients can make decisions from a place of personal responsibility and predictability.
