"This was pretty cool! I was kind of amazed with the lock and dam. Watching these huge barges being raised or lowered was cool to me. I only wish that there had been an overlook that you could actually see down into the lock to see how everything works, but I assume with safety issues and concerns that it is not possible. The area was kept clean and well maintained. I certainly enjoyed my time here and look forward to doing it again someday."
