"Originally went to OREILLY across the street for a battery. The young lady inside was a great help until her battery guy refused to do an install which is what I needed not to mention I am traveling from out of town.I mean, it's December and I needed a battery. Go figure...went to Advance Auto and they replaced my battery, in the cold while it was raining! Thanks to Austin and Devon for EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

"Bought a.new battery for my truck for over 140 dollars, they installed it as I sat in the truck. I saw the expression on the guys face when he broke the bolt on the clamp. He finally said he was finished and he closed the hood. I asked him if everything was ok and he replied yes you are good to go. Bottom line he did not replace the bolt and I am not sure it didn't mess up my alternator. For sure I am in the middle of no where with a dead battery. If he had told me we could have fixed it for s couple of bucks. Now not sure what this will cost me before it is over because of a sorry lazy service provider."
