"They claim to have 24/7 techs for emergencies but I called them Saturday bout my heat.. they came out but didn't have parts to fix it.. said he would get someone out here Sunday cause of severe weather coming in.. it's now Wednesday and been below freezing for 3 days and still haven't had anyone come fix my heat.. any reputable company would have fixed it Saturday or Sunday BEFORE the predicted ice storm hit.. woke up to it 50 degrees in my house cause this small propane heater I'm relying on just isn't big enough to keep it warm!! It's only heats what ever room I'm in at the time.."

"L&F Services have done a wonderful job each time they have done work on our home. Their employees are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Robbie bared icy roads and terribly cold weather to get to our home but he was still here on time. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personal. After diagnosing the issues, he sat down with us and explained the most cost effective way to repair our unit and get it quickly up and running. Randall and Josh (plus a couple other guys, I didn’t get their names) also bared extremely cold weather and icy roads (some were even closed at this time) but they somehow managed to still make it here too. As soon as they arrived, they got to work on our units and quickly had me and my family warm again. I can’t speak highly enough about this company and the guys that work their tails off to take care of us! We will always use and HIGHLY recommend L&F Services for any HVAC needs."
