"Time and money wasted. I will never think of using this place again and I definitely won’t be recommending others to go here. I gave him a list of things I wanted FIXED. I ended up paying almost $400 for him to press a button or two. My main issue was my suspension. He claimed I needed an end link and it would take him too long to get it. But then once my husband had time to, he was able to find that the sway bar end link wasn’t sitting right. That’s all it was. He clearly didn’t even want to touch my car. He should have turned me away instead of taking my money."
"This is the only place I'll ever take my car. If I am out of town, I'll have my car towed back to Lucas Repair Shop to have the work done. The owner is not only knowledgeable but honest has fair pricing and great turn around times. If you need your car to be repaired right - this is the only place to take it."
"WARNING: DO NOT USE LUCAS AUTO REPAIR!!!!! I worked in the industry for years and this is the worst shop I have ever encountered. They lied to me on several occasions. The work was unbelievably poor quality. The owner, Scott, is very disrespectful, threatened and swore at me. When I asked them a very simple yes or no question, Scott told me a direct lie (which was not the first, second or third lie I was told). I then pointed on the car how he lied in a respectful way to which he began screaming, swearing, and threatening me. While I was on the property I noticed them doing work on old cars that was extremely shady and meant to be deceitful to potential buyers such as laying huge amounts of bondo over rust holes to flip a car. I feel bad for anyone who purchases a car from them and as a professional I am angry because this is the type of place that gives mechanics/body men a bad name. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!"
