"HORRIBLE customer service. Gave them an item to monogram on Wednesday and it is now TUESDAY and I am just receiving the bag. When I got my bag the words were crooked & the last two letters were smaller . I asked them if this could be repaired why was it not done beforehand because the mistake is very clear . I was told the lady doesn't look at the items once they are off the machine.Their daughter tried to argue with me and the father wanted to have a screaming match to tell me in so many words that I was wrong in the situation."

"I have used them several times over past 15 years to monogram everything from baseball caps for the team to personal shirts. I've also dealt jewelry with them. Jewelry was fine I was in a bad spot and really had no time to shop prices. The monogramming use to be quickly done and no trouble however about 6 months ago. I dropped off 2 items and when I returned to pick up they had trouble finding my items and when found there was a completely different persons order ticket with them. Thank goodness mine were correctly done as one item couldn't be repurchased!! They seemed either very distracted or just careless. I will not use them again."
