"I like shopping at Cato they have a nice selection of plus size clothing. But the customer service is horrible. The last time I was in I notice they had all new people working there. The sales person couldn't seem to get her nose out of her phone. As she walked to let me into the fitting room she couldn't stop looking at it and when I was ready to check out once again she was to busy looking at her phone to see I was standing there. I can see why they always have signs on the door hiring!"
