"From initial consultation to final fill and startup, the Premier Pool team was great! We are first time pool owners and had a ton of crazy questions along the way but Chip, James, and Ward were all about helping us understand the process and give us peace of mind. There were hiccups with scheduling but it’s just the time we live in right now with worker shortages and supply chain issues. Either way our pool still got built faster than any other pool builder we contacted! Any issue we had, James was quick to jump on it and get it fixed!
