"Update: Things have gotten better over the years, for us anyway. The staff seems caring, and I think emotions were running high when I called before. I still hate the fact that there isn't another pediatric office available in the area, and GPs are nearly non-existent here, so I don't really have any options. I don't always feel like my concerns are listened to, but that's been my experience in any office, so... Our doctor here is fine, but the nurse on the phone was pretty rude. I couldn't get a straight answer out of her. I don't feel like she listened to anything I said. I'll probably take my kid to the urgent care center. Too bad there aren't really any other pediatric offices in Jasper. You've just got to love the monopoly attitude of businesses here."
