"The doctors are pleasant to deal with but they have a recently changed their policy on if you're late to your appointment. As of January, if you're late more than 10 minutes you have to reschedule your appointment once you walk in and they do not give you the courtesy call (or did not me), that they used to give the day before, to remind you of your appointment. So in my case, I drove 70 mi, took off work, just to be told, I have to reschedule, because I was 13 minutes late."

"Not sure how much rating a heath care provider means but I hope this helps someone. Poor experience, very rude staff. Did not have any sense of urgency when having issues. Their schedule is more important than the pain you are in. Go somewhere else that will care more about your health. We will not use this place again and transferred to a different urologist."
