"I arrived early for my appointment, because it was my first time there, the doctor’s office smelled like fried chicken it's dim, the chairs are all stained, and just overall antiquated. I filled out my paper work in about ten minutes. I was called in after my 2:00pm appointment. The bathroom was clean, I gave a urine sample then, I sat in the room in a paper robe with a paper blanket across my lap for over an hour. Nobody came to check on me the entire time I was in the room waiting to see Dr.Thukral. It's a shame that unprofessionalism and lack of communication was demonstrated to a first time patient. So I walked out and haven't received an apology from the doctor yet, only the front office reception an the nurse who asked for the urine analysis. If you have to go here make sure you have time to sit and wait, but I would not recommend this place to anybody until some remodeling has taken place."

"Poor customer service with office staff. When you call, they either seem uninterested, or they talk over you in a condescending manner. I work in healthcare, so I realize the office can become busy, but rushing a patient and talking over them is never acceptable. I have to have a surgical procedure with this physician. To say my anxiety is heightened after each call to the office is an understatement."

"Her staff is very rude and unprofessional which is a reflection of her. So no thank you. Reps answering the phones have no edequite whatsoever. Pass on this doctor if you're looking for an obstetrician/Gynecologist. It's so many other good doctors out here. Take your time and research. look into their history on how long they have been in practice!"

"My insurance was billed $1395.00 for one office visit. She charged me $350 for an office,$300 for medical care that I didn't receive and ten different lab fees in the amount of $75 except two and they were $20 and $125. When I called the office and questioned the staff about the bill they blamed all the lab charges on the lab and said that this is how the lab bills the patients. In my opinion Dr Thukral is a RIP off, billing insurance companys for treatments that wasn't done , then leaving her staff to try and justify her over billing."

"Great doctor, but her office is dirty and her staff is unprofessional. Staff hung up on me several times and would not give messages to the doctor. Stay far away from this office at all costs. I was told by someone who answered the phone that my lab results were normal but when I insisted on talking to the doctor he said I have issues that need addressing. That's what I call malpractice."
