"She refused to perform a tubal ligation procedure until I had either had children or spousal approval, so I had to get an IUD instead. This lead to severe bleeding and a uterine infection. However, she said I was fine, but after I threatened to sue she said I could see her but the soonest they could get me in was a week out. I feel like since she is just leaving the practice in a few months she no longer cares about her patients. Decided to leave and go with a doctor from university of Chicago who could get me in the next day. Edit: 3/19/23 Received a letter in the mail from her office today that she would no longer see me after my "conduct" with her office. I simply stated that if her office didn't treat me, or even do a pregnancy test as I could have had an ectopic pregnancy, which is life threatening, I would sue them for malpractice. They continued to say I was fine and there was no worry of an infection, simply my fever was probably due to covid. The letter I received today stated that they will no longer treat me."

"Dr. Zubair is the best. When I had my daughter I spent a lot of time in the hospital due to complications. I saw all of the different Ob's at community, depending who was on shift. Dr. Zubair was by far my favorite. She is so personable and professional. I recommend her to all of my friends. Can't recommend her enough. I've also never had a problem with waiting too long or any of the staff. Thank you!"

"I absolutely LOVE Dr. Zubair! The staff is always friendly and efficient. Dr. Zubair is so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to sit and talk with you, answering all of your questions or concerns. I saw a review complaining about having to wait in the exam room... well, yeah, sometimes that happens, cuz ummm, she delivers babies! Lol Also, who hasn't been stuck in traffic before? Lol Stuff happens. She's an amazing doctor and I'd gladly wait to see her, and would recommend her to my female friends or family. "

"I had a huge fibroid and Dr. Zubair performed my hysterectomy in 2017. She was very assuring, comforting and caring. She answered any and all questions I had before and after the surgery. I had lost a lot of blood during the procedure and Dr Zubair stayed on top of my labs during my hospital stay to make sure my numbers weren’t too low. I had complete trust in her. Great physician. Never had an issue with the staff in her office either. She spends time with her patients, and doesn’t rush through the appointments."

"I’m actually shocked to see the negative comments on Dr Zubair here. It just hasn’t been my experience at all. She is incredibly experienced, professional, and empathetic toward her patients (and their families). Just because she looks young, does not mean she doesn’t know what she’s doing. I had a somewhat complicated pregnancy and she was informative, always answered all my questions thoroughly, she was patient with me, and the care she provided helped me have the best pregnancy experience I feel like I could have had and I delivered a healthy baby boy via an incredibly smooth 30-minute C-Section. Yes, there were a couple times I had to wait for her to come to the office from delivering a baby or surgery, but honestly that’s kind of just part of the gig and she has to adjust her schedule at a moments notice to accommodate and prioritize those patients who need her most at the time. If I were the one on the operating table, I wouldn’t want someone to be rushing her through my surgery to get to their appointment that can wait. Anyway, I love Dr Zubair and I drive 30 min to go to her office over the others closer to home because I appreciate how well she treats her patients and cares about their stories."
