"I've been with Marcotte since 2020. I have only ever seen NP at their office, but I have been pleased with all of them. My regular NP is currently on maternity leave, so I have seen two other ones over the last few months and I've been happy with them. I've always felt listened to, never rushed, and they take my concerns seriously. I've never had to wait long to be seen (not long to get an appointment, or in the waiting room), and every time I have interacted with reception they've been wonderful too. Their follow up care when putting you on certain medications is also top notch - much better than I've experienced elsewhere. Having lab and imaging on site is another huge plus."

"I've been seeing Dr. Sandy for about 20 years now. She doesn't have any availability until the end of September. I asked to see another doctor and they're booked as well. So they're always having me see a nurse practitioners. I haven't seen my doctor or Amy doctor for that matter for at least 10 years. I love Dr. Sandy, but this is absolutely ridiculous."

"Today I was punished for being healthy (not profitable); haven't been to see this "family doctor" since 2018, as I didn't have a need. Actually in 2020 tried to make an appointment, and was told next available appointment was a month and half down the line...anyway, today I need to see a doctor, and was basically laughed off the phone, and was told that I'm no longer their patient, and Dr. Marcotte isn't taking new patients. I know that she has my best interest at heart - and wants me to feel my best healthy self! I love the ease of the patient portal and how responsive all the staff are with following up. The patient portal is also great for going back and reviewing your lab results over time as well as office visits. ***Bonus Points...I was recently there during 'Covid' for lab work - and it was a breeze with staff opening all doors and keeping everything touchless!
