"I have used the range a few times in the past and while it could use a few repairs it’s always been a pleasant experience. Currently having issues with their website failing to allow me to log in so I can check on the status of an order I purchased. Would be nice to know what’s going on since I live an hour away."

As a first-time visitor to this establishment, I was hoping for a welcoming and professional environment to learn about firearms and their usage. Unfortunately, my encounter with the owner left me feeling uneasy and anxious. I had hired a professional instructor to guide me through the process of learning about firearms and how to use them safely. He recommended Freedom Firearms as a suitable location to practice with my newly purchased 9MM. However, upon arriving at the store, the owner questioned our relationship and intentions for being there, which immediately created an uncomfortable atmosphere. In an attempt to address my concerns as a customer, I reached out to the owner to express my disappointment and discomfort. Regrettably, her response was far from satisfactory. She dismissively told me to write whatever review I felt necessary, displaying a complete lack of concern for my feedback. This experience has left me with the impression that Freedom Firearms is solely interested in financial gain, rather than fostering a safe and supportive environment for individuals seeking to learn how to protect themselves. As a result, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this business to anyone who wishes to embark on their firearm education journey. It is my hope that the management of Freedom Firearms takes this review seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more professional and customer-oriented experience for future visitors. I won't be returning. There's lots of options in the area."

"VERY helpful staff! Recently, I needed a holster for a gun with a light, and was able to have one CUSTOM MADE, in about 10 min., for around $50. I also took advantage of the FREE class I got for purchasing my gun from them. Not gonna lie, I was pleasantly surprised that it was a complete class: gun safety, basics, how it operates, and included range time even, FOR FREE! Have since taken several individual classes and have improved my proficiency, competency, accuracy... Again, could not be happier!!"
