The front desk receptionist was very kind and the receptionist in optical was very good with helping select frames and lenses. Dr.Mcdermott did a fantastic job of helping me understand all that I need to be doing differently and all of my care. I will recommend this office to everyone!"
"On my first visit they did a very through job, and a week later I picked up my glasses and they made sure that they fit perfect asked if I had any questions and also let me know that if anything came up with my glasses to call them and they would get me in right away to fix the issue. "I Highly recommend Midwest!! Wonderful Doctors AND staff. The Director Takia and Joshlyne have been AMAZINGG & such Great help. From assisting with appointments, being sure the specialist completed everything as needed in my child's best interest & also the struggle of finding a good frame for my toddler that would be covered (which is a request no other establishment was able to complete without us coming out of hunders of dollars after insurance). I truly appreciate all the help and concern shown to get my little one into the right pair of glasses to get his eyesight corrected. I truly thank Takia & Joshlyne for being so wonderful and helpful through this time. It made this scary and stressful (the hunt for frames) experience a lot easier on us all.
