"Wow, such a great BBQ store. Just picked up a new Yoder from them and couldn’t be happier. Excellent communication from time of order to pickup. They sell quality supplies you can’t find anywhere else. Whether it’s the Yoder smokers, lumberjack pellets or the wide array of bbq rubs and sauces. Stop on by - you owe it to yourself!"

"Received a Weber summit grill for Christmas, which I am pretty happy with. The follow up service not so much. Went back for some accessories but the store clerk could not help and said the owner would get back with me. Crickets..... so forced to go online to purchase the accessories that I wanted. So much for buying local. I realize they are a fairly new business to the area but expected a bit more. Hopefully they will get better on the service side."

"I wanted a Pitts and Spitts Maverick 1250 Wood Pellet Grill; I live in north central Illinois and Chad's business was the closest dealer. Chad was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions, he is very knowledgeable. Not your typical Q&A and hang up quickly either; he really does know his products. After talking to Chad several times on the phone as well as Coy (P&S Owner) I was ready to pull the trigger. I was drawn to this brand due to their reputation of how well they are made. As a buyer in the aerospace industry I was expecting to be somewhat underwhelmed, and since I couldn't see one in person I was a little nervous spending this much. But when I took delivery Chad was absolutely right, everything about this thing shows quality and craftsmanship. It's built like a tank yet it really looks great. After getting it up on my deck I had a small collection of neighbors all asking questions about it. They were all were amazed at the build quality and way it looks. Going to do some ribs this Saturday and I can't wait. Thanks again Chad!"
