"Had a bad experience when i was charged an extra 10.00 for what they claimed was a hair knot they had to deal with. Both my wife and I knew there were no hair knots on our Maltipoo. Manager was rude and did nothing to work with me on it. Will never take our animals back again. Be aware. The paperwork they make you sign gives them ok to add on charges like this without checking with you first."
