"We were distressed about the loss of all our tax information on our desktop...then we took our system to you. You calmly explained what you could check out on our system and low and behold...you fixed and returned within days and minimal cost. WOW! How honest is that!"

"Looked all around Baldwin County for a specific extension chord. After visiting 4 places, LA Computers had it. No problem! And, only charged me $5 for it. Nice friendly and knowledgeable. Wally/ Foley Alabama"

"Took my computerintogetthekeyboard replaced. The person that helped me was very nice and estimated $30 for labor. They had it almost a month. WhenIwenttopickitup,I wascharged$90 for labor andtoldthatitwasmissingscrews. I knew the screw was missing on the left side only andpointeditoutwhenI dropped itoff. The person lost the other one. Asyou cansee, the (to make this readable, I had to go in and manually add spaces between all the words. The newkeyboard's space baronly works when it wants to. This means my job(transcription/translating/editing) takesalmosttwice as long.TheguyI pickedup thecomputerfromsaidthat he"updatedWindows and didn'tchargeme." I could havedonethat.Ialso couldhavereplacedmy ownkeyboard, butwaswillingtopay $30+costofpartfor theconvenience.I wasNOT CONTACTED beforehand to getconsent to proceed. Iwould have said no and gottenmy computerandthe keyboardandreplaceditmyself.I definitely felt taken advantageof(as awomanassumedtohavezero tech savvy- a real feeling of 'how much BS can I say to get her to pay3xthe estimate that she never consented to. I asked why they didn't call for consent and he hemmed and hawed.). There is a similar review down below with almost the exact same numbers, also from a female. Also, the screen isnowstarting to detach fromthelostscrew andtherearedents inthe casingthatweredefinitely nottherewhenIdroppeditoff."

"Bad experience - took my laptop in for a vrus cleaning, paid $50 for them to do a rush job. They said two days max. I get it back in 4 days, with many changes. The resolution was much smaller, 2 of the passwords were gone (1 was my very important google account ). I could not retrieve it. They couldn't ether. Why not, they are the "experts). I went back to them, had a very heated argument of which the tech became rude using raw language and telling me I was p**sing him off. I finally left the store very disappointed saying I would write a review, and I even threatened him with a letter from my brother-in-law who is an attorney. Don't use this outfit, stay away ! ! !"
