"Bad experience - took my laptop in for a vrus cleaning, paid $50 for them to do a rush job. They said two days max. I get it back in 4 days, with many changes. The resolution was much smaller, 2 of the passwords were gone (1 was my very important google account ). I could not retrieve it. They couldn't ether. Why not, they are the "experts). I went back to them, had a very heated argument of which the tech became rude using raw language and telling me I was p**sing him off.
