"BLUF: Goose's is a great shop with some top notch people. Very Impressed. DETAILS: I"m the operations manager of a Scuba shop in Tennessee, and I had a group of 7 divers up in the area for a weekend of diving wrecks. I had arranged with Goose's for fills on Saturday after the first day diving was over. Due to some technical issues totally outside their control the fills were taking longer than originally planned and they stayed late to make sure all the tanks were filled to pressure and my divers were able to enjoy their second day of diving. Their ops manager / facility guy even came in on his day off to take a look at the issue. While I was waiting I saw a shop with a great assortment of top quality gear, staff that was knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure the customer left with what would fill their needs. As a dive professional and shop manager I was totally blown away by them. The Sea Hunt videos playing in the big screen were the icing on the cake. If you're looking for a good shop with great people, stop at Goose's."

"We went to Goose's for an Intro to Scuba class for my 12 and 13 year old. They loved the class and went on to get their Open Water Diver certification through Goose's. The staff there were helpful every step of the way. As a father, I appreciated their meticulous attention to safety. Jimmy even went so far as to ask the kids directly why they wanted to scuba dive, to make sure they were not being pushed into something they were scared to do, which could be a dangerous situation under 30 feet of cold water. A bunch of different dates were available so scheduling things was easy, even around soccer games and orchestra concerts. The instructors made the classroom portion interesting, even for a couple digital media obsessed pre-teens. Rich and Sharon gave the kids direct instruction and supervision during their pool sessions to prepare them for the big adventure in the open water. By the time the open water dives came around, we felt like Sharon was a long lost aunt to the kids. She and her dive partner, Olga, made sure they were safe and yet put them through their paces to confirm that they knew what they were doing when they dove. I am completely sure that the training they got from Goose's will keep them level headed and safe for any diving they do in the future. From start to finish it was the friendly and competent staff at Goose's that made the certification experience wonderful. Thanks guys."
