"I was working at catalent and was going through ResourceMFG and I called their corporate 3xs about my situation. I was on 3rds and had been harassed for months and told the supervisors about even my supervisor and nothing happened. I was actually sat down with one of the two who I was bullied by and was told we need to be better or the both of us was going to be sent home. People on other shifts from higher up would call me trouble there. But would never listen to my side and the ones that did seem to not care…..ResourceMFG left me a voicemail saying not to come into work on may 13th and to report to their office the next morning, so I went and I was told that they had on camera of a box that contained marijuana and paraphernalia that was in my possession. I asked to see the camera bc I do not use....They(Matt Peace and Heather) said not until inspection was over And that they wanted a drug screen, I said let’s do it, and Matt peace from ResourceMFG from Bloomington stepped out of the room we were in for 5 seconds and came back in and said catalent doesn’t want the drug screen anymore that I’m just suspended until after investigation. As I stated, I don’t do drugs, so I thought okay I’ll be back soon. Instead heather called and said my assignment ended over a policy violation....So they lied to begin with by saying that they had me on camera and then they said they wanted a drug screen then changed their minds whenever I was willing??? And I told Matt peace that I was going to get an attorney and he then grabbed my arm and told me to get out and to not step foot back there or catalent property. I didn’t do anything wrong. They’re very unfair on 3rd shift and let some get away with anything while others they find any reason to get them gone. Do better catalent and ResourceMFG. This is y they’re constantly hiring bc they’re not fair. Although they claim they’re all about fairness"
