"You see... All of these reviews are written by students - which mean they're 100% accurate; right? Parents send their children to school with the best of intentions, believing that’s what they need to become productive and happy adults. Many have qualms about how well schools are performing, but the conventional wisdom is that these issues can be resolved with more money, better teachers, more challenging curricula and/or more rigorous tests. But what if the real problem is school itself? The unfortunate fact is that one of our most cherished institutions is, by its very nature, failing our children and our society. School is a place where children are compelled to be, and where their freedom is greatly restricted — far more restricted than most adults would tolerate in their workplaces. In recent decades, we have been compelling our children to spend ever more time in this kind of setting, and there is strong evidence (summarized in my recent book) that this is causing serious psychological damage to many of them. Moreover, the more scientists have learned about how children naturally learn, the more we have come to realize that children learn most deeply and fully, and with greatest enthusiasm, in conditions that are almost opposite to those of school. I didn't type any of this."

"I rate 10/10 IGN G8 m8 Okay the food sucks but it has gotten better Also the class of 2020 gets all the effects of the schedule and curriculum changes, so that is a con but I am sure it will (hopefully) be better for other classes. The teachers are amazing though, Mr. Stewart is the best I have got to say. It is a great school and a perfect size. Wait no my favorite teacher changes every year oops anyway I love them all"

"The school focus is primarily education and excellence which leads to impressive results but I went through three years feeling invisible. Like I had two people (staff members) who would actually listen to me. I know it's immature of me to come on here and write a poor review, but I have many times attempted to bring this to the staff but they are stubborn in the fact that they "care" and listen to the kids at the school. If you're going through life solely to get what society recommends, being a straight education without diversity from the norm. If you're like me and see yourself diverging from the worn path than this isn't the best place. I got through, but I'm no better of a person because I went here. I'm just as I would've been at any other school like it. It's not special in anyway besides the fact that they focus solely on education and not much else. I do see them trying to make change however. I suggest life paths. Let a student do what they see themselves being happy doing. That's the end of my rant. Don't listen if you don't want to. I'm never coming back after these last two days."
