"Purchased a factory sealed box of booster cards, being misinformed by the employee that it could potentially contain certain cards. After researching, found out the box doesn’t have the particular cards, so I refrained from breaking the factory sealed wrap and opening the product. I went back in hours after purchase with the factory sealed product and receipt and the employee said they do not accept returns and proceeded to continue to give me misinformation about the product. Nowhere in the store does it say they don’t accept returns, nor on the receipt or did he tell me at the time of purchase. I purchased a product on the misinformation that was shared with me. Difficult for me to look past this one. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. There are better options in Bloomington with return policies and integrity. I just found out the hard way. Please support other shops."
"Sat down tonight (Friday) and played some MTG - EDH. Owner sat with us and played to be our 4th. Shop is new so it needs a following. But owner was super nice and welcoming. Area was quite large and very clean. Store had plenty of product both sealed and open! Owener has a background in Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokémon but was able to play Magic with us. I look forward to seeing this place grow!"
