"Great guys just bought and traded for a glock 22 from them"
"Two of your guys working the phones right now (11/7/22 at 2:40pm AZT) are being ridiculous. I called to get a replacement part for my bersa. At first the guy was nice and said he was sending me an email to get the replacement part to me. He never sent the email and got distracted when I told him I was going to service my own firepin while replacing said part. He lied to me about what was in my owners manual and he lied about what I was going to do would void my warranty. Nothing in the manual says the firing pin is non serviceable or would void my warranty by uninstalling, and reinstalling it. He also said its like a glock, you will get misfires if you lubricate the firing pin and to not lube it all. (Leave it bone dry even though its a moving metal part???) I dont know what the heck is going on but I hope for your sake that you were just feeling moody. I dont see where you get off lying to customers with no basis? Misinforming me about stuff does not help dude…."

"Sent them a check for two Bersa plus mags and never heard anything back. I called and emailed and emailed through Facebook and also emailed Honeycut and never heard anything back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BUMS!!! THEY WOULDNT TAKE PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE AND REQUESTED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER."
"Usually you write a review after service is complete, but my initial experience is already worth a 5 star review. My new Bersa Thunder 380CC would not release the slide for removal as designed after only ~150 shots and two cleanings. Talked to the owner of AA&A on the phone and he was already aware of a common problem with that slide release for a range of serial numbers. Mine falls in that range. Said send it in and if it proves to be what he suspects, firearm will be replaced by Bersa. Wow! I had searched internet for the problem but couldn't find an explanation. Always nice to talk to a professional who is clearly familiar with the product and its potential issues inside and out."
