"ABSOLUTE SHAMEFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My 85 year old mother who has Alzheimer's Disease was cold-called by these CRIMINALS at 9:23pm on Friday, 12/01/23. I am my mother's Power of Attorney and they had NO RIGHT to SWITCH her insurance provider and today, she had a very important doctor's appointment WHICH WAS CANCELLED because of it. Of course, my mother has no memory of the call or switch. DISGUSTINGLY SHAMEFUL!"
