"Came prepared to buy a new running shoe. The guy didn’t ask what I wanted or cared. He showed me what he called a “trainer”. He seemed frustrated that I did not want to buy the first pair and told me they have to be about a size too big. My heel kept coming out of the shoe, but he didn’t seem to think that’s an issue. Super dismissive and very negative experience."

"I was greeted by Marvin today 9/30/23. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the shoes. He brought out 3 different brand of shoes for me to try. I had the option to get on the treadmill to run with the shoes on. After you try each on each pair, they sanitize the shoe which is a plus. I recommend this place to anyone."
