"This post is for my 86yr old mother. She was treated with complete courtesy and patience as she was apprehensive about new hearing aids. The technician who did her visit cleaned out quite a bit of ear wax from her ears initially before giving her the hearing test. Afterwards she explained the test results and showed her options for new hearing aids. Her old hearing aids are around 15 years old my mother thinks. All of our questions were answered and there was no pressure to purchase, but when she did decide to buy new the pricing was explained and each charge broken down. My mother left feeling comfortable with the visit and stated she liked the people she dealt with."
"We had to test the hearing of my 2 1/2 year old. The team here was great! They were so patient and understanding. The doc walked me through things that were happening and very calm with him. I was very nervous walking into the appointment just not knowing what was going to happen and how my son was going to handle the testing but I left with a smile on both our faces and I’m so thankful we chose the Hearing Doctor and her team to handle our appointment."
"Dr. Berger was fantastic! I took my 2 year old son to have his hearing evaluated and Dr. Berger was great with him. He’s a very busy little guy and she worked well with him. The receptionist was great too! She had a children’s show playing on the TV when we arrived and he loved that. Very professional and kind! Highly recommend!"
