"Very RUDE phone call. I called to ask for a certain mg of vaping juice we are having a lot of issues finding. The lady that answered the phone said she didn’t know and that we would have to come into the store to look. I told her that wasn’t an option as we are making a special trip. She said she was busy with customers and didn’t have time to go look. Nothing else. No “Hang on for a few” or a “Can you call back later?” or a “Can I get your phone number to call you back?” I loved visiting this store when I lived local and unfortunately I will not be back. I understand being overwhelmed and understaffed. I’ve worked in customer service. It’s HARD. I was told this treatment is unacceptable."

"I had gotten a vape pen from them, the battery or the charger wasn’t working, they happily replaced both for me the first time, the pen still didn’t hold a charge so I called back was told I would get a refund but needed to call in the morning. So I did. He told me I needed to call the company that makes the pen if I want a refund. Then hung up on me. Forever lost me as a customer. Don’t buy pens from here, they don’t work."
