"Went in and the guy sat outside smoking leaving me and another customer in the gas station alone then proceeded to be rude with the gentleman and instead of asking if I was going to use a rewards card just checked me out then got mad at me for him not doing his job."

"I have had bad experiences in this store I've been supporting for over 10 years, out of pure habit. 1.This same employee is responsible for number 2 also.Went in to buy a play store card.The employee told me you could not buy one after 11pm store policy...Next day I asked manager she knew nothing of that policy. Last night I went in they sure took my money. I purchased $20.00 worth of lottery tickets. As I scratched them with no one behind me in line right in front of this employee I won $20.00. I started to give him my 20.00 winner.. He was so rude he said he had just closed drawer and could not cash it!!@...Its not funny how this store can take your money for a ticket. Then uses the security angle to not pay out!...Its happened more then once with this employee HE should NOT be in retail...Ya ..there is a place to sit down in this store but wipe it down good because they don't."
