Schrock Cabinets

"I purchased Shrock kitchen cabinets and paid quite a bit of money for them as I was told they were solid wood and of good quality. A year after I purchased them, the front of my cabinet doors started lifting and pulling away from the surface as you can see from the pictures below. They did replace them and at the time of replacement I was told that Schrock realized that there was a problem with the way they were being made and that they were starting to make them differently so this wouldn’t happen. About a year after that, the new cabinet doors started lifting. I tolerated it for a few years but when it started to look really bad, I called to have them replaced again only to have Schrock tell me that this is normal wear and tear and that they would not replace them even though there is a lifetime guarantee. Seriously!! I told them that I was very disappointed and asked that they reconsider their decision or I would give them a bad review and I never even heard back from them. I’ve owned homes before and have never had a problem with my kitchen cabinets like this and they were cheaper kitchens at that. So disappointing. Do not buy Schrock. You will be disappointed!"

"25% of our cabinets had issues of some type. Pullout tracks crooked, pin holes for shelves not aligned across from each other, cabinet sides with putty and not finished. Labor for repairs are at purchasers expense. One cabinet has been replaced twice and still has unrepairable issues. Replacement cabinets come without doors. Purchaser pays labor to R&I doors."

"We are very impressed with the quality and construction of these cabinets. Our contractor just finished the installation. The few minor issues with the cabinets (paint imperfections) were immediately addressed and corrected with replacement items delivered timely. We would recommend these cabinets."

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SHODDY QUALITY COMPANY!!! I ordered cabinets, when they came in several were completely damaged the rest had a poor fit and finish. I was assured that I would have replacements in 2 to 4 weeks. It has been 3 weeks cabinets not even being built yet and I ham being told possibly 2-3 more weeks. In the meantime I have no kitchen and no communication from this company. .I only hear from the store that I purchased thru. These cabinets have been paid in full and I have nothing."

"Very sad that I paid extra for made in America and received poor quality cabinets!!! Upper cabinets had to returned because they were warped and unfinished. The tongue and groove is shoddy workmanship not like a proper cabinet. Paint stains on the back drawer of multiple drawers. Don't buy these cabinets go somewhere else save yourself heart ache and money. I Definitely got ripped off!!!!!!"
