"Very customer oriented, helped us to find a bike that fit, answered any questions we had, went over the bikes to make sure everything was right before we left, and helped us load them in our truck. It was an enjoyable experience and we would buy from them again."

"I'm so impressed with the level of customer service at this shop. Living in Bozeman, MT, we have an abundance of high-end bike shops. I recently reached out to Chase and Jesse to ask about their experience with the Allied BC40 and Specialized Epic Evo. I found Jesse and Chase and the Bicycle Station exploring their YouTube Channel. Liking their vibe and content I shot them an email to see if they’d be willing provide me with beta to help me make my decision—fully disclosing out of the gate that the Specialized I was looking at was here in MT and the Allied would be purchased directly from the manufacturer. The following morning I received a thoughtful and detailed email from Chase and Jesse listing out the pros and cons of each bike, including Jesse’s personal preferences, listing out where each bike outshines the other. I was pretty blown away by the time dedicated to helping a rider living over 1600 miles away and they even extended the offer for a call. Two calls later and I was putting a deposit down on a bike. These are the type of shops and people you want to support. This is a special outfit. Jesse and Chase have a really good thing going and I’d highly encourage riders from all over the country to consider the Bicycle Station when hunting for a new bike (Trek, Specialized, Allied), wheels, or parts—especially anything Sram, which is how we’re building up and speccing out my new ride. These are good people with an ethos that places a premium on connecting with their customers while providing a high quality and personal customer experience. When you're purchasing or building a bike from a different part of the country, without being able to walk in the shop, communication becomes a critical component and Jesse and Chase communicate professionally throughout the process and are clearly committed to doing right by their customers. I don’t know if I’ll ever make it to Columbus, but sure I look forward to seeing these two at Leadville."

"I had a great experience working with Jimmy at The Bicycle Station. I was looking for a lightweight albeit relatively high-end mountain bike and he showed me some options that met my goals. I had been looking for about a year and had considered bikes from Canyon, Santa Cruz, and Transition and ended up on a Specialized Stumpjumper LTD. It’s the right bike at the right time. Thanks for your help and counsel in this purchase !"

"They had the bike I was looking for in stock which I was able to find through the online Trek inventory system. The staff was very friendly and helpful to complete a remote Klarna purchase. The bike was ready upon arrival, and they didn't hesitate to help me install accessories. Being new to the area, they suggested we join their weekly ride at Brown County State Park. Overall, we were very happy with the entire experience, and feel like we have new friends at Bicycle Station."
