"To the 2 young ladies closing tonight…you both should be ashamed of yourselves for the way you treated a customer earlier. No one should sit in their car and cry after leaving a store because of how the employees treated them. To the management: I don’t know who was supervising tonight, but I can imagine had they been close by things would have gone differently. At least I would hope so. Either way, they need more training."

"My prescription was sent in Saturday. I got a notification sunday at close my prescription was ready for pickup. I arrived a half an hour later. Who knew they closed at 3pm. Now Monday I arrive at 130pm and they once again refused to provide me my prescription as they were leaving for lunch. Seems in Columbus indiana a good pharmacy is not possible. Now I have to go back to work without my prescription for the 3rd day in a row. Thank God I don't need these medications to live as they would rather you die than provide a timely service to their customers. If this was the first time that its happened I wouldn't be leaving this review. However anytime I need my inhaler seems they don't care at all. Don't ever expect same day services in Columbus better try finding a proper pharmacy as this place is just as bad as cvs down the street. Leaving this review you'd think things might change. However corporate and management don't care."
"I took a drive-through test with results in 2 hours, but I didn't get any results. I contacted you many times, but there was no reply! It's all irresponsible! I feel like I've been scammed. Everyone, please be careful."
"I enjoy them most days. However, with the phone scams asking you to say yes, this new voicemail service freaks me out. It legitimately asks if you're the person they called for and doesn't direct you to a person. I've had a Massachusetts number call me with a scam claiming to be Walgreens just the week before so I panicked when my pharmacy did the same this week. Please change this setting. With these scams I'm terrified I'll answer in my sleep and give verbal permission to my info."
