"Went there to purchase 1 to 4 Cello strings. The manager (dont know his name) was seethingly hostile and borderline emotionally abusive. I almost cried right there in the store. He apologized for scaring me but still, it was the most horrible, worst experience. I bought one string, the cheapest they had because there was no way I was going to spend more, and barring a musical emergency, will never go back there. I live 2 miles away and play 3 stringed instruments. I will order my stuff online from now on."
"Genuinely an amazing experience. Beautiful store, and they were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I handled about 6 or 7 guitars before picking out this really pretty black acoustic electric Yamaha. Gave me some free picks, a free bottle of polish, and 10% off on the strap I bought to go with it. They answered all the questions I had without being condescending or rude. If you're a new guitarist, or an experienced veteran, they got you covered."
"Great place! And they let you rent equipment. We've been renting our daughter's violin for almost three years. They size her up as needed (included in rental) which has saved us hundreds of dollars."
