"I would avoid this place at all cost. They completely messed up my mom’s medicine. This is the worst experience we have ever had with a doctor. My mom is elderly and her care her was nonexistent."
"Not recommended for aviation medical exams. I visited Dr F for a 6 mos FAA med exam and he refused to issue me my Class 2 until I provided documents that are only REQUIRED for a 12 mos visit. Since he uploaded the documents out of timing with the FAA it caused further confusion with the FAA that I've spent two months resolving. I believe this reflects two things: 1) he was unwilling to listen a patient's concerns 2) not understanding the FAA special issuance that plainly spelled out when documents are required."

"I had to reschedule due to being out of town for work (again), like it's something I can control. The front desk receptionist put me on hold to ask the Doctor if he wanted to discharge me. However, with the Doctor seeing a patient, she could not get an answer from him. Therefore, she told me the protocol and would return and let me know. A few minutes later, I called her back and said go ahead and discharge me; I no longer wanted to be a patient. Meanwhile, they had already violated HIPPA once, and I let it go. Moreover, I was a health care Administrator for years and never have had horrible customer service like Avalon provides."
"I had my first visit with this Doctor, and nurse practitioner Laura Roche . I was very pleased with them. Dr. Office close to home .Did Blood work in office return visit very professional saw both at that time Glad I found them ."
