"I have been seeing her for twenty years and she is stern but she is good and if you need to be admitted to the hospital and to see others doctors she can get you in quick.She is very professional but they only give you medication if the test come back and you need it.They won’t give it to you because you ask.They have to find something wrong with you."

"staff and nurse practitioners are extremely nice and helpful but Dr. Rawls is not a doctor who cares about her patients and tries to find solutions. Her attitude towards me was your symptoms don’t matter and there isn’t a pill I can give you so sorry. Her approach was not let’s figure this out and try some things … My advice for this place is if your condition is obvious (example I have the flu and need some meds) this is fine but anything that isn’t “textbook” they will have no idea and no interest in helping you figure it out."

"Excellent Staff! My entire family uses The Family Practice of Madison for Tests, Exams, Immunizations, etc. They have a very caring and knowledgeable staff as well as an onsite lab. They are very thorough with their follow-up whether they are treating their patients in-house or when they have referred the patient to a Specialist. The Nurses and Nurse Practitioners are excellent and Dr Rawls is very thorough, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Their office staff is so kind and very helpful. This has been my family doctor for 16 years and my husband’s doctor for almost 30 years. I have had a few health scares and appreciate the caring attitude that I have received from the entire staff."
