"I came in the other day to inquire about some CBD products as well as a nicotine vape and the employee I believe was named Stephen and he didn’t even want to get up to help me let alone answer any of the questions I had. He wasn’t helpful whatsoever, didn’t have any suggestions or give any prior feedback from other customers, and barely said a word at all. Even ignored my questions and although I’m over 55 years old he forced me to go to my car to get my ID when I had my carry license and an older ID with me. I’ve been to this store multiple times and already had been ID’d once before by the other guy here. I just felt like there was a total lack of customer service and he had an attitude problem. I’m not saying I’ll never come here again but it did put a sour taste in my mouth."

"I called and spoke with a gentleman before I went looking for CBD to assist with sleeping since I work nights. I went and talked with the gentleman and he showed me all the options I chose the sample pack of gummies and 1000mg of the tincture only to get home see the gentleman charged me the 1000mg but gave me 500mg tincture. I really wish people would have honesty & integrity. I have only been to the store once so I don't know how I could have switched the dosage amount. As I stated earlier I really wish people (businesses) would have honesty and integrity."
