"It always seems like they are “out” of the couponed meat. Even if you go the day of the start of the coupon. They just don’t want to lose any money. I’ve heard a worker tell a customer they were out of a steak that was supposed to be on sale when the customer asked if there was any left. When really it was in the regular section and not marked as a sale. I scanned it on the app and it showed that it was valid for the coupon. They just don’t advertise it."
"This is the nearest grocery store to my home and the one I go to the least - my husband and I went today and Jewel didn't fail to disappoint. We clipped digital coupons, only to find out, after we checked out, that the "deal" on the pop was for on-line shopping only. They should make that much clearer in their sale paper and on their app. The woman monitoring the self checkout area couldn't have been more unpleasant. Note to Management: We came into your store, nobody had to pull our order from the shelf, yet you give on-line shoppers a bigger break?! Where is the sense in that?! There were SO many extremely displeased people in line at Customer Service. If you have a sale, honor it for all your customers--this is just ludicrous. I'm not a fan of Jewel to begin with, and today didn't help. Plus, you lost the sale of us buying pop. I'd rather pay more somewhere else than give you my business with the way this was handled."
"This store used to be nice. I usualy go about 10am and for the past month nothing is stocked in the meat section, All of the sale items are gone, maybe a package here and there that looks like it was found on a shelf somewhere and put back in the meat dept. The rest of the store is ransacked also. Im just going back to ALDI, the meat and the rest of the store are always well stocked and no coupon clipping from a app."
"I love this store. Jewel Osco can be a bit high-priced but the sales are great. The deli items are fabulous, especially the salads. Their pumpkin pie is out of this world and it's a great price. It's the best I've ever had. One of my favorite parts of the store is the seasonal aisle. It's always super fun and it's super nice when the decorative items go on sale. This Jewel Osco will always be one of my favorite stores. I'm thankful, also, that it's open late."
