Level Up Cigar Hookah Lounge

"I’m very disappointed in this place. I’ve been waiting for a hookah lounge to open in NWI Indiana for a while. We always have to drive to Illinois to go to one. The very first time I went, the service and hospitality was GREAT—which was a few months ago. I’ve been in there once twice before and it was great service. Today was my third time and it was the worst service EVER. First, I walk in and anyone barely greeted me and there were two people at the front door. So I walked right to my party table. I sat down and got my order in. I get my hookah starts out fine but then first round of charcoal in, then it started to taste burnt. We had a party of 5. We each order our own hookah. We asked for mocktails and would not serve us any. I am middle eastern and don’t drink but they refused to make me a mocktail. On top of that, the owner or manager made his round TWICE on all the tables (all African Americans) and didn’t bother to come to our table to ask how everything was. Which is INSANE TO ME, because he’s middle eastern as well. When it came to our checks, one of the people that work there I’m assuming she’s also an owner or a manager, and she spoke Arabic herself and didn’t even BOTHER to come and ask how everything was but she made sure she made her rounds too. Disappointed in this place—if you are middle eastern and wear the hijab don’t go there because they wouldn’t even look at you. You would think they’d be a little more attentive if not the same as everyone else. But I guess they only want one type of business. Anyone as long as you aren’t from the Middle East. How disgusting and disturbing that is. Shame on you."

"This is a very nice and clean cigar bar. Friendly workers and the owner was nice and helpful. I'm giving it a three star due to the young crowd smoking hookah. My husband and I had a great time we was there for hours until this young group came in and one of the girls kept cutting through our section and I confronted her and asked if she could stop walking through our section. I don't have time to get into arguments with people and I'm out trying to enjoy myself and friends. Overall it was very nice. I think they should change the age to get in. So I probably wouldn't go back due to the big argument it caused from asking someone to respect your space. Overall it's a nice place."

"Awesome laid back smoke lounge. I love the not having a 2 cigar minimum. Great selection of cigars. Will allow own music to be played, but at low volume to not disturb their music. Great food and selection alcoholic beverages and non to pair well with your cigar so you can now relax, smoke and watch sports."

"Great lounge, really nice place in dyer, Indiana there’s no hookah lounges probably in a 30 mile radius. I wasn’t disappointed, beautiful establishment and a great staff thanks for the hospitality. We’ll be back"
