"I haven't even been inside yet, and they are already the nicest place I've been to. Called over the phone about cigars and such, and the young lady answering the phone was super cool. And she knows A LOT about what she sells. Plus, it's down the street. So if I want to get a cigar on a whim, I can walk down and smoke it on the way back! I recommend. Can't wait to get there after work!"

"Tired of buying cigars that fall apart because they're so dried out. I use my cutter hesitating not know if its going to crumble. They have a humidifier, I wish they'd crank it up or turn it on. The staff there are always polite."
"This store is terrible. The customer service is horrible. This is the worst customer service I have run into in a long time if ever. I would not go to this vape shop if I had no other place to go. They sold me expired product & when I called to tell the rude nasty little girl running the shop at the time that I will be coming back to exchange the product. She told me that all product was final sale. That I could not get a new battery or get my money back. She was cursing at me & giving me a terrible attitude. I asked if she could call the owner & let him know what was going on & she refused to do so. So I just wasted my money on over priced product. This is why I drive from Dyer to Hammond just to go to Smoke219. They know how to treat customers & they are not selling expired product. Never ever go to this terrible vape shop!"
"I called about 15 minutes before closing time, the lady who answered was happy to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable about their stock! They open the earliest in the area (06:30) and close the latest, how can you beat it? Went there the next morning and have been back once since then. The ladies in the store are very nice and more than willing to answer any questions. Their prices rival many I have seen online, considering taxes and shipping etc.. I bought the equivalent of 5 cartons of cigarettes for under $45.00. I'll be back!"
