"We came in looking for a particular type of wine and Marcie told us very aggressively that she didn't know and for us to go look for ourselves in the stock room. She proceeded to yell and threaten to call the police on us. I have never experienced such rudeness. She also stated that the customer is not always right and she doesn't care."
